AHS PHOTO POLICY

1. Photos should be submitted as a .jpg file, .gif, RAW or a .psd file to the photo editor via the website link.   
2. There should be no wording on the photos when submitted. The photo editor will add any wording.
3. The AHS will have unrestricted use of photos for the website and all AHS publications.
4. The AHS photo editor may enhance, resize and improve the quality of the photo.
5. Photographer credits will be listed.
6. The below information should be submitted in an accompanying email.

   a.   Photographer’s name

   b.   Hosta name.

   c.   Registered (year) or Not Registered (IF KNOWN) (Photo Editor will confirm registration status)

   d.   Location of the hosta and time of year photo was taken. (IF KNOWN)
