 foliar nematodes
What is the current best practice for dealing with these? I've been reading back issues of the Hosta Journal and have read the articles from about 10 years ago. Some of the chemical approaches mentioned back then were for stuff that isn't available any more. I know about soaking in hot water and read about leaving in a greenhouse. I wonder if sitting in a hot car in the sun for a day or longer might get the same result.
Anyway, besides throwing out infected plants or cooking them, any effective approaches?
If I hadn't read all those back issues, I probably wouldn't even have realized I had a problem. I'd have just figured that some leaves brown out late in the year.
